Kariba Bush Club has a wide range of activities that we offer our clients – crocodile farm tours of Zongwe Farming (one of the largest Nile crocodile farms in the world), walking safaris, boat cruises, fishing safaris and bird watching excursions.

 

Crocodile Farm tours are approximately 2 hours long - starting at the incubator and hatchery, moving all the way up to the breeding dams – dams left completely natural, home to over 1500 adult Nile crocodiles. Watch them fight for their share of food – you are guaranteed to be blown away by the power and strength that these magnificent

creatures posses.

 

Bird Watching excursions also take place in and around these dams – over 200 species have been documented so far, including 12 African fish eagle in 1 tree alone. These dams are also home to thousands of ibis's as well as a variety of herons, egrets, vultures, kingfishers, plovers, weavers and much more.

 

Walking safaris take place on one of the private islands on Kariba, with plentiful wildlife and natural birdlife.
